Join us at Woodlawn Coffee to celebrate Pet Stories First Birthday

A year of muddy pawed jeans, slobber covered hands and being continuously surprised by old biscuits in coat pockets. Yes it's been a hands on year, but it's been the BEST year! 

In March 2018, Pet Stories turns 1 and I can't quite believe it. When I set out on this venture, I had a very mixed response, with friends and family unsure on why I was focusing my photography  around pets. A year down the line and I'm taken back at how my endearment and inquisitive nature towards our household buddies has been shared and so well received. Because that's where it all came from. A curiosity towards our beloved pets and how they make us feel, which I so wanted to freeze in time. My vision for Pet Stories has been exceeded, and even despite the grubby clothes and the odd puppy tantrum, the opportunity to meet so many personalities, and have the challenge of capturing them, really does make this the best job in the world. 

So please join me. 

Let's celebrate a year of Pet Stories and take a look back through the archives. There'll be music, Pawsecco and even the chance to win a Pet Stories shoot in the Instagram Cuddle Corner. 

There'll also be the opportunity to receive live pet portraits on the night from the very talented Chloe KM. 

You might even spot yourself and your little pal, with a specially dedicated display for the Leeds locals and their four legged friends. 

The Pet Stories First Birthday exhibition will be running 9th March - 9th May at Woodlawn Coffee , Horsforth, LS18 4AP.

The Launch night will be on Thursday 8th March 6:30-9pm. See you there and don't forget to bring your dog!
